Q: Why hasn't my order shipped out yet?
A: I'm a student, so I'm a little busy with homework and studying. I also try to personalize every package. Please allow me at least 1-2 weeks to ship it out.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: If you're in the USA, it may take up to a week. If you're international, please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive. However, it mainly depends on your country or location, and can sometimes take over a month.
Q: Where do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number through your email once I have packed your order. If you ordered a flat item, such as stickers or mini prints, no tracking will be provided.
Q: I haven't received my order yet.
A: I have no control over your package once it has been shipped out. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do; I recommend contacting your local post office or carrier.
Q: Do you ship to (insert country)?
A: If you are unable to check out, likely, I cannot ship to your country. It is either due to law regulations in the EU (GPSR) or high shipping prices. I'm trying to figure out a way to return shipping to the EU! Slowly but surely!! ToT
