🍔 shipping
once your order has been shipped, all packages are under the control of your local postal service. i cannot replace or refund lost or delayed packages. if a package is returned to me due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Note: Please use your legal name for international orders AND write your address in English letters
🍔 returns/cancellations
orders that have NOT yet been shipped can be cancelled. i do not accept refunds or returns.
🍔 uk/eu customers
i do not collect duties/taxes at checkout. VAT or other import fees may have to be paid on the customer's end upon arrival.
